These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “Client,” “you,” or “your”) and Moving & More LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) regarding your use of our websites, services, and all related platforms.
By accessing or using our Site, engaging our services, participating in our programs, or making any purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Site or engage our services.

- Minimum 24-hour notice is required for service changes or cancellations
Virtual and Digital Services
- Online platforms, Zoom meetings, and virtual consultations require stable internet connection
- Technical difficulties on the client’s end do not constitute grounds for service refunds
- Digital products are delivered electronically and require compatible devices and software
- Access to online courses and materials may be time-limited as specified in individual service agreements
Physical Moving Services
- Moving services are subject to weather conditions, road restrictions, and regulatory compliance
- Clients must provide accurate inventory and access information
- Additional fees may apply for services not disclosed during initial consultation
- Moving dates are estimates and subject to change based on circumstances beyond our control
Assessment and Planning Services
- Initial consultations may be required before service delivery
- Service recommendations are based on information provided by the client
- Implementation of recommendations is the client’s responsibility unless specifically contracted
- Follow-up services may be recommended but are not mandatory
4. Client Eligibility and Responsibilities
Age and Capacity Requirements
- Clients must be at least 18 years old or have legal guardian consent
- Clients must have legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
- For services involving minors, parental consent and participation may be required
Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain confidentiality of login credentials and account access
- Attend scheduled sessions and appointments
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Maintain appropriate insurance coverage for moving and storage services
- Provide safe and accessible service environments
Health and Safety Requirements
- Disclose any health conditions that may affect service delivery
- Ensure safe working conditions for our team members
- Comply with all safety protocols and procedures
- Maintain current insurance coverage for property and liability
5. Fees, Payment, and Billing
Service Fees
- All fees are due as specified in individual service agreements
- Prices are subject to change with 30 days’ notice
- Additional fees may apply for services outside original scope
- Travel expenses and additional costs may be charged separately
Payment Terms
- Payment is due according to the schedule specified in your service agreement
- We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and other specified payment methods
- Late payment fees may apply for overdue accounts
- Services may be suspended for non-payment
Billing and Invoicing
- Invoices are provided electronically unless otherwise requested
- Payment disputes must be raised within 30 days of invoice date
- All charges are considered accurate unless disputed in writing
- Collection costs and attorney fees may be charged for delinquent accounts
6. Refund and Return Policy
NO REFUNDS POLICY: There are no refunds for any product or service offered by Moving & More LLC.
Policy Details
- All sales are final upon completion of purchase or service delivery
- This policy applies to all services including but not limited to:
- Moving and relocation services
- Coaching and consulting sessions
- Educational courses and programs
- Digital products and downloads
- Workshops and seminars
- Books and physical products
Service Completion
- Services are considered complete upon delivery or performance
- Partial services are billed proportionally with no refund for remaining services
- Cancellations by clients do not result in refunds
- Rescheduling may be accommodated subject to availability and additional fees
Exceptions
- Refunds may be considered only in cases of:
- Documented service provider error or breach
- Failure to deliver services as contractually specified
- Duplicate billing errors
- All refund requests must be submitted in writing.
- Refund decisions are at the sole discretion of Moving & More LLC
7. Intellectual Property Rights
Ownership and Protection
ALL CONTENT, MATERIALS, INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES provided by Moving & More LLC, including but not limited to:
- Proprietary coaching methodologies and systems
- Educational curricula, course materials, and training content
- Assessment tools, questionnaires, and evaluation frameworks
- Organizational systems and decluttering protocols
- Moving checklists, templates, and planning tools
- Video content, audio recordings, and digital media
- Written materials, books, guides, and publications
- Software applications, platforms, and digital tools
- Trademarks, service marks, logos, and brand elements
- Website content, design, and user interface elements
- Proprietary databases and client management systems
ARE THE EXCLUSIVE PROPERTY OF Moving & More LLC, our affiliates, or our licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
Comprehensive Usage Restrictions
You are expressly prohibited from:
- Copying, reproducing, distributing, or sharing any proprietary content or materials
- Recording, transcribing, or otherwise capturing coaching sessions or educational content
- Using our methodologies, systems, or approaches for commercial purposes
- Reverse engineering any software, tools, or proprietary systems
- Creating derivative works based on our intellectual property
- Teaching, training, or coaching others using our proprietary methods
- Sharing login credentials or providing access to digital platforms to unauthorized users
- Using any content for artificial intelligence training or machine learning purposes
- Translating our content into other languages without express written permission
- Modifying, adapting, or altering any proprietary materials or systems
Client Materials and Information
- Information shared during sessions remains confidential
- We may use anonymized case studies and examples for educational purposes
- Client testimonials and feedback may be used for marketing with permission
- All client records and session notes remain property of Moving & More LLC
Enforcement and Remedies
Moving & More LLC actively monitors for intellectual property violations and will:
- Immediately terminate services for any suspected infringement
- Pursue all available legal remedies, including injunctive relief and monetary damages
- Seek attorney’s fees and costs in enforcement actions
- Cooperate with law enforcement in cases of criminal infringement
8. Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure
Mutual Confidentiality
- All information shared during service delivery is considered confidential
- We maintain strict confidentiality regarding client personal information and circumstances
- Clients agree to maintain confidentiality regarding our proprietary methods and systems
- Confidentiality obligations survive termination of service agreements
Professional Standards
- Our team members are bound by professional confidentiality standards
- Client information is not shared without explicit written consent
- Information may be disclosed only as required by law or legal process
- Anonymous information may be used for research and service improvement
9. Prohibited Uses and Conduct
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use our services or platforms to:
- Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or professional standards
- Engage in any form of harassment, abuse, or inappropriate conduct
- Share false, misleading, or defamatory information
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data
- Interfere with service delivery or platform functionality
- Use services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Compromise the safety or security of our team members or other clients

- Maintain appropriate professional relationships with team members
- Respect scheduled appointment times and service boundaries

10. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

- Warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of information
- Guarantees of continuous or uninterrupted service availability
Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL MOVING & MORE LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY:
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
- Damages arising from service delays, cancellations, or modifications
- Personal injury or property damage not directly caused by our negligence
- Damages exceeding the total amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months
Specific Service Limitations
- Moving services: Liability limited to declared value of goods or actual cost of repair/replacement
- Coaching services: No guarantee of specific personal or professional outcomes
- Educational services: No guarantee of certification, employment, or career advancement
- Digital services: No guarantee of continuous platform availability or technical support
11. Insurance and Risk Management
Required Insurance
- Clients must maintain appropriate homeowner’s, renter’s, or business insurance
- Moving services require adequate property insurance coverage
- Clients are responsible for declaring high-value items requiring special handling
- We maintain commercial general liability and professional liability insurance
Risk Allocation
- Clients assume responsibility for risks associated with their decisions and actions
- We are not responsible for outcomes resulting from client non-compliance
- Force majeure events are excluded from liability coverage
- Clients must report damages or issues immediately upon discovery
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Moving & More LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from:
- Your use of our services or platforms
- Your violation of these Terms or any applicable laws
- Your breach of confidentiality or non-disclosure obligations
- Your violation of any third-party rights or intellectual property
- Any false or misleading information you provide
- Your failure to maintain adequate insurance coverage
- Any actions or omissions by you or your agents during service delivery
13. Force Majeure and Service Interruptions
Force Majeure Events
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Acts of God, natural disasters, and severe weather conditions
- Pandemic, epidemic, or public health emergencies
- War, terrorism, civil unrest, or government actions
- Labor strikes, work stoppages, or material shortages
- Technical failures, internet outages, or platform disruptions
- Regulatory changes or legal restrictions
Service Continuity
- We will make reasonable efforts to maintain service continuity
- Alternative service delivery methods may be implemented during disruptions
- Clients will be notified of service interruptions as soon as practicable
- Service schedules may be adjusted to accommodate force majeure events
14. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Connecticut.
Dispute Resolution Process

- Mediation: If direct communication fails, disputes will be submitted to mediation
- Binding Arbitration: Unresolved disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act
- Arbitration Rules: Arbitration will be conducted by a single neutral arbitrator through the American Arbitration Association
- Location: Arbitration will take place in Connecticut
- Costs: The prevailing party may recover reasonable attorney’s fees and costs
Class Action Waiver
YOU AGREE THAT DISPUTES WILL BE RESOLVED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS. CLASS ACTIONS, CLASS ARBITRATIONS, AND REPRESENTATIVE ACTIONS ARE NOT PERMITTED. You may not consolidate claims with other parties or participate in class-wide arbitration.
15. Termination and Suspension

- Either party may terminate service agreements with appropriate notice as specified in individual contracts
- We may immediately terminate services for breach of these Terms
- Termination does not relieve payment obligations for services already provided
- Confidentiality and intellectual property obligations survive termination
Suspension of Services
- We may suspend services for non-payment, safety concerns, or Terms violations
- Suspension does not relieve payment obligations or extend service deadlines
- Services may be restored upon resolution of underlying issues
- Repeated violations may result in permanent termination
Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- Access to digital platforms and materials terminates immediately
- All outstanding payments become due and payable
- Confidentiality obligations remain in effect
- Intellectual property protections continue indefinitely
16. Electronic Communications and Records
